It’s hard to find parking at night and my trash is rarely picked up. Less than once a month. I’ve been taking it out to the garbage bin myself. I’ve seen other neighbors doing this also.

I have no problem when I need assistance for my home when I put in the work order they are prompt to get everything fixed as I need it and communicate any packages to US and as far as the last 3 years we've been here I have not had an issue or a problem with my landlord.

I continue to enjoy my time living at Courtney Ridge Apartments! The new office with the Luxer One package system is really nice too. I hope that it will be accessible after office hours so I can pick up my package after 6 PM on a week day.

I enjoy living here, my neighbors are friendly and quiet. I love that we have a gym onsite. The rates are maintainable and we have a gated community. My packages are always stored in a vault located in the office. I look forward to the summer months so that my grandchildren will be able to enjoy the pool.

So far so good. I like the size of the apartments. The area is nice and quiet. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 Star, is because the neighbor downstairs smok weed eviday and we can smell it all around the apartment. It is not pleasant at all.

I am happy to be a part of this community. The office staff are so kind and welcoming. I’ve never lived anywhere that invested time in their residents with community events (I’ve missed them all) and a platform like this one. These are added bonuses!

With every passing year here, there's always one improvement and then all of a sudden two steps back. The building I stay at constantly reeks of marijuana and constantly filled with trash. I feel as though some of the other residents just don't seem to be aware of or are just ignorant to the way trash is taken out or tend to forget that trash isn't picked up on the weekends and it just sits out there, rotting and attracting pests. Wish the other residents at building 1033 were more considerate of their neighbors.

Love the complex and staff. It would be better if we had the option to not have the internet or valley trash. I can take my own trash out and I should be allowed to have cheaper internet service if I want. Trash service should be credited when they don’t pick up. This and the internet services are additional fees and we should be credited for services not being provided.

The office personnel is great. The only major negative is the LACK of Parking space available.. And I wanted to move my garage space closer to our Apt. and they wanted to raise the monthly fees. So I'm keeping the 2 garages where they are..

CR has been my home since October 2020, and overall I am quite satisfied. Life is filled with ups/downs and so on; so while there have been a few hiccups, nothing major at all. The leasing team & maintenance are becoming like family to me. Just signed on for year #3 and I’m as happy as can be.

Overall I love the location I love the people the property is well taken care of and everybody is friendly. Wish the dog park could be updated a little bit the car care center could get a few more vacuum cleaners added maybe a water hose at a different location but overall the grounds are well kept and with the new complexes coming up on the side make it stands out a whole lot better.

I like the community. Haven't had many issues. But the only thing I dislike is that the flooring and walls are very thin. So I can hear people walking up the stairs outside of my apartment, or the person who stay above me all the time with their dog. If it wasn't for that I would probably give it a 4 1/2 star rating.

Living at Courtney Ridge has been good. The staff from the office are wonderful and very nice and helpful. They truly care about their tenants. My husband went on a trip to visit out grand children, I did not go with him because at the time i was blind and didn't feel like being a burden to them. While he was gone i had a really bad fall and i tried to get a hold of him to tell him . I managed to get a hold of my daughter to tell her to have him call me, He called the office and had asked them to do a wellness check and to let themselves in. They came and wanted to know if i needed them to get me some help and of course i thought i was fine just a few scratches. But I was completely black and blue from head to toe. I found out that when my husband came home that i was in the bad of condition. I will never be able to express how thankful i am that day. I am looking forward to renewing my lease when it is due. I found a home not an apartment. Thank you staff

Melissa has gone WAY above and beyond for me through my entire move-in experience. She truly does anything to make her residents happy and comfortable. I moved all the way from New York and my moving truck had to be parked in a special place. Melissa was there to support and make sure things went smoothly for anything I've needed. It also seems like she genuinely CARES about us and is always friendly in asking how my new job is going. Aside from the original move in, maintenance is also VERY friendly and have been quick to help. They even replaced my entire toilet within 1 week when something wasn't working right. Thank you to the Courtney Ridge staff. I appreciate you guys!!!

I love the clean atmosphere but there have been issues with plumbing, garbage pick up, the amenities not being open/available. Management is pretty quick to respond. Safety is concerning. There are many cars that come in that do not live in the gated community. I expected it to be harder for strangers to get in.

Moving to the new phase 2 apartments has been a breeze. The staff (Shoutout to Melissa) have all been great, Transparent, and kind. The grounds are well kept and clean. Everything is close by and connected. Its also nice that its a gated community which gives it a sense of safety which I appreciate. This is a beautiful complex and turning into something special.

It’s a very Quiet neighborhood that is tucked away from the main road. I️ also looooove the monthly food trucks. A playground would nice for the kids instead of the dog park though.

I LOVE THIS PLACE GENUINELY ITS SO NICE HERE EVERYONE FEELS SAFE AND HAPPY THIS IS THE BEST COMPLEX I'VE EVER BEEN IN! Honestly, I wouldn't ever want to spend time anywhere else. Plenty of facilities, an amazing pool, a great valet trash service, pretty quiet, safe gated area, apart from the city while still being close to everything, it's awesome!

I’ve lived at Courtney Ridge for almost 6 years now. It’s been a great home. The staff are very attentive to your needs and the amenities are quite nice as well. If you need a comfortable place to stay in the Charlotte area, this is the place to live. It’s not quite in the “city” but definitely not rural.

Courtney Ridge cannot be beat for the price. The location is good, with easy access to Uptown without being in the middle of the chaos. The community itself is quiet and family-oriented. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. Out of quite a few apartments I've lived at in the area, this is the only one at which I've never had any issues.

I must admit things are improving slowly but surely here @ Courtney Ridge apartment community. Although the trash valet/pick up is still a bit on the sub par side for a $40 monthly fee (compactor has broken down 3 times in my one year stay & a few hit/misses on trash pick up), the office management team responded quickly & efficiently to recent gate entry/exit issues (including my vehicle being damaged by the gate). Mike (maintenance manager) responded to my property damage report in a timely manner & has initiated recovery process. Kudos for that Mike!

I have been living at Courtney Ridge Apartments for a few years now and I am still enjoying living here. Staff and maintenance are always nice and accommodating. There is currently construction at the front gate entrance that blocks off my normal way of going to my apartment, but its only a minor inconvenience. I'm looking forward to when construction is completed. It's exciting to see something new.

Apartment is nice but there are a lot of ants and we have to pay for pest control monthly but. I one comes and sprays and the people that are responsible for trash pick ups don’t always pick up trash but we still have to pay for service monthly.

Great place just had some troubles with dishwasher. But overall very happy. Very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apt. I would like to see more events or food trucks around!

It’s been pretty good. I’ve had some issues like getting things fixed. Plus I keep getting centipedes in my apartment. Plus it would be nice if someone cleaned the hand rails on the stairs. They keep getting spiders webs all over them. Also the garbage company seems to have a problem with picking up the garbage

The saying you get what you pay for rings true in my living experience(s) here at Courtney Ridge. My 1st/previous unit was overpriced but pretty nice. The unit I currently reside in is practically the opposite. Even though the latter unit is considered conventional vs my former updated one, I still did not expect electrical issues, roaches, filthy hallway, fire alarm issues & so on. My current unit is underwhelming to say less. Definitely not worth it just to save $400-$500 a month. Hard lesson learned (I guess).

I got a bill because my trash bag fell over. However they don’t put up trash on Sunday nights ( for the most part ). But overall the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Maintenance is always on time

Lovely area! Nicely tucked away from the main road. I️ would suggest a play ground for the kids in the . The closest one is about 10-15 mins away.

Office Staff is super friendly, maintenance completes work orders quickly. They work hard to to keep the community clean and always has events to keep us engaged.

Courtney Ridge is a great place to live but definitely has its flaws. The staff is wonderful and will do a lot to make you feel at home but if you are not a naturistic person. The bugs will definitely get to you!!

It is amazing . Me and my fiancé and my kids only been here for 2 days. And I love this place. We will be here for years to come. Very peaceful. Only thing is our upstairs neighbor stomps really loud.

Really love how peaceful the community is and how friendly the staff are. However, since moving in, I’ve had to put in several service requests because of things that weren’t taken care of before my move-in date. Really disappointed in the shape that my apartment was in upon moving in.

I went to this complex to take a tour. The lady that helped me was Melissa and she was super helpful! The apartment I toured was nice and the area felt very safe. I will definitely be applying here!

I have been living in this community for a couple years now. It’s quiet, i haven’t seen any police activity at all, so it’s safe. It’s near the airport and very close to the highway. Great place to live. I only wish they would fix the outdoor light situation, because some of the lights outside don’t work and it’s hard to see at night, but other than that, it’s good here.

Have the most inconsiderate and noisy neighbors. No one here seems to understand or realize that this is an apartment and not a private home. Late night noises on a daily basis late into the night. From loud people in the parking lot to noisy pets and loud music. What's more frustrating is the staff and property owners don't seem to ever do anything about it no matter how many times I bring it to their attention. Noise ordinance that doesn't even get enforced. What's the point then? Honestly, living here would be nice if the people who lived here weren't such jackasses.

So far we've encountered a lot of issues in regards to the actual unit and some that haven't been addressed. We had high expectations based on what we were told but the delivery so far has been ....to say the least, interesting.
