I love my apartment so much. It’s much nicer than any place I’ve ever stayed at with many amenities that I’ve never had before. Everything is new and clean, and it looks amazing. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, and I love how close it is to many places I go. As mentioned in a previous review, the floors must not have the best insulation as we can hear a very loud noise when they flush. Otherwise, it has been great! Some of the staff have had issues keeping up with and remembering what we discussed, but it all worked out!

It’s pretty good community with everything is nearby including downtown offices and airport. amenities are of top class. There are two phases where one is 20 year old which was little darker after dawn and looks like every other apartment but the other phase which built in just 2years ago looks so classy inside and out

I downgraded from a 3 bdrm to an upgraded 2 bdrm. I’m very happy with the improvements on the older units. Maintenance responds appropriately to my requests. Abigail in the leasing office is attentive and offers great follow through.

Everything is fine! However, I would really appreciate it if you could take action regarding the dog poop. I know it's all up to the dog owners, but there are still things that can be done or cleaned as directed.

Courtney Ridge office staff and maintenance provide excellent service. They prioritize the tenants and future tenants and are truly professional. So much space inside the apartments. Phase 2 is beautiful. Grounds are very clean. Maintenane is wonderful. 5-star residence in Charlotte. Definitely giving luxurious living!

My husband and i have lived here a little over 3 years, we have no issues to complain about because if something breaks down the workers here get too it within 24-48 hours unless there is an emergency somewhere else who's problem is a lot worse. Courtney Ridge has always made me fill like this is my home and to me that is what makes me love it here. Office workers are very nice and welcoming to everyone. Living here is like living with one big happy family and i plan to live here as long as i can i can

I have been living at this apartment complex for about 5 years now and it is still an enjoyable place to live. Clean and quiet. Since they remodeled the gym I am going even more now plus they’re clean with plenty of workout machines.

This is a good community and I feel safe but the appliances in the older units are subpar. I love the amenities but wish the pool was bigger and had a deep end. Location is great! Maintenance is fast at responding to requests usually but management needs to share the photos and videos I upload with them before they come out so if they need to order parts they can have them ahead of time. Also wish there was a way to schedule the times they come so if I need my toilet fixed I don’t have to live in fear that they would come when I’m using the bathroom or bathing.

I still enjoy living at Courtney Ridge Apartments. The amenities and gated community and security make it worth living here. Having internet included onto the rent is also nice, though the trash valet could be better. Overall, I've renewed my lease. :)

The apartments are ok for the price but management doesn't give an ounce of care to the up keep of the grounds or to proper fixes inside the apartments. We had water leaking and it bubbled up the ceiling. They fixed the leak but the dry wall looks horrible still.

This property breaks agreements set forth in their application agreement in regards to refunding refundable charges when certain conditions are met (recourse will be taken if not resolved). Fees are hidden and not conveyed during the application nor defined in lease agreement. Overall application and leasing process has been unnecessarily complex especially in comparison to much nicer, more professional properties. Poor grammar and typos add to the unprofessionalism experienced with this property.

I love the community it’s feels safe and really quiet. I love how all the neighbors are super friendly. The leasing office is super attentive to service request. They come right away. So you don’t have to wait for weeks. This is by far the best community for kids to grow up and have a good safe life.

I am a resident at the new phase which opened up from May 2023. The apartment complex is very spacious and located close to CLT Airport and Farmers market (Uptown is just 10 mins away). My stay here so far has been great as the leasing team helped with a smooth move in and the maintenance team has promptly rectified any issue that we faced.

I love this community! Never have any issues. The neighborhood is always clean and quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves but are polite and say “good morning” while peacefully walking their dog! Abby is my girl in the office always looking out! Maintenance is always attentive and provides great communication! Great place to stay!

I gave a 5 star review, but things have changed in the last year. The grounds are not cared for as well and there has been multiple car thefts recently. I'm concerned a bit more about my safety, but that's everywhere in Charlotte. I'd like to have some upgrades to my unit.

Courtney Ridge Apartments has been a nice area to live. The amenities are the best. Having a semi-gated community and security makes me feel safe. Though I've been having a hard time getting a call through to the office to request to renew my lease.

Our move in was very smooth with the help of Abigail, even though we were on a short time frame. All the amenities are very nice, the only thing that would be better is if the unit we are in was better maintained after the last residents. There is water damage under all of the sinks and maintenance told us all they can do is paint over it.

It's still alright. Very reliable maintenance team who are prompt, kind, and professional. Not a fan of the constant raising of rent each year. If it weren't for the disgusting smell of mariajuana and sitting trash bags at my building as well as the few inconsiderate neighbors who cause too much noise late at night past curfew, this would be a 5☆ review.

I just moved here yesterday from Georgia to start my new job here in Charlotte. I’m very happy with the apartment. It was exactly as described and Jaxavier (I think I spelled that right?) was a huge help throughout the entire process! This was a sudden move for us, and I’m so glad it all worked out.

So far I love the community. Very pet friendly and nice neighbors! I would definitely recommend Courtney Ridge! Only thing I would say is the first floor comes with a lot of bugs. I think there needs to be a regular bug spray around the first floor apartments to keep the bugs away because we see them too often for my liking.

This is my third year lease here, and i stay because everyone is friendly. The office workers are very nice. The workers do their job and they are friendly as well and do a good job, I don't have one complaint about this place. This is my home and like i said the office workers really make me know i made the right choice to where to live. Hopefully i will be here for a long time for many many years.

What I appreciate is being informed as soon as an event or problem is scheduled or being resolved. The external environment is always nickel and that is an undeniable plus. I would like there to be more "trash" outside (except those for the droppings of our dear 4-legged friends). We live in an airy residence that does not look like a mini city center. No longer fails to close the new part for more privacy.

It’s been good and bad. I really wish there was more parking at night. Sometimes I have to park pretty far away from my apartment. I hate walking in the middle of a storm. On the bright side thank goodness they switched valet garbage companies. The last one was trash.

Pros: Abigail in the office is great very nice and helpful. The price is pretty good for what you get in a 2/2. Cons: The pool on the weekends is a mess. No one there to regulate anything. People smoking using glass bottles and playing loud music. The maintenance staff are not the best. the parking is HORRIBLE there is never enough room for even the people that live here. There are two cars always parked in the handicap spot that have been reported and nothing is done about it. The breezeways are always dirty and the valet trash company used is horrible.

Well I feel like finding parking has gotten worse if that’s possible. Hopefully that gets better soon. I wish the garages near my building were open. And in general I wish they were cheaper. I never see anyone using them or putting their cars in them. That would make the parking a lot better instead of having to park all the way across the complex away from my building.

Overall, our move-in experience was super smooth! The leasing staff was on top of everything. They coordinated maintenance for our A/C, and brought us a portable one for the time being. They also put in a maintenance request for our disposal which was fixed that day. Overall, a quiet and calm community to come home to.

Trash valet still sometimes miss our trash even though we follow proper procedures for trash pick up. Also would like it of the parcel lockers were accessible 24/7. I get off work late sometimes and it would be nice to be able to pick up my packages on the way home instead of having to go back out the next day to retrieve it. Really inconvenient when I go to unlock the door with my FOB, only for it to deny me and not open. . .

Not as great as it was when we first moved in, it seems since they built the new section the original section gets neglected. Maintenance is busier now so response time is longer than expected. My car was stolen from the complex and the glass where they broke the window is still on the ground and I have not heard from anyone in the office just to say we heard what happened our apologies.

I have enjoyed living at Courtney Ridge. The staff are friendly and answers all my question's . All the workers are very nice .When i need something fixed they show up within a reasonable amount of time. Tenants that live here are all friendly and it is pet friendly as well. We are renewing our lease for the 3rd year. Courtney Ridge is my home and i plan to keep it my home for however long i can.

Everything has been great, the only problem I have is that people let their dogs off leases and my dogs got attacked. Also living on the bottom floor I can hear my upstair neighbors stomping around from first thing in the morning to the middle of the night.

The surrounding community is nice. Supplied appliances had issues for move in on day 1 and had to contact maintenance. It just seems unorganized and hectic at the moment due to the construction and the amount of people moving in.

The units are nice, but the amenities are lacking (the pool isn’t even open and it’s June!). The appliances aren’t great - our dishwasher broke and we’ve only been here a month. Overall the lack of communication from the leasing office is disappointing. On the plus side, the community feels safe and quiet.

Why I had to wait 2 days to get my A/C fixed I do not know. Considering the amount of money I pay each month, this is unacceptable. I still am missing a cover for one of the lights in my bathroom (this has been missing since move in). Really!

Unfortunately, I had to give 1.5 stars. In the beginning we had no issues living here, but now it’s just becoming a headache. For starters, the parking situation is absolutely ridiculous. There is hardly anywhere to park and you have to park in a different section of the complex away from your building to get parking because of the people who don’t even live here parking in spaces and leaving there cars for days at a time. Not only was that an issue but someone also dinged my car and left without leaving any note or insurance information. I now have to keep my car at a residence that’s not even Courtney Ridge. Secondly, the neighbors. I should not have to keep walking on my patio to peeled sunflower seeds that aren’t even mine. The neighbor above was told to get rid of the birdseeds and still haven’t they just chose to put the seeds in something else other than the bird feeder they were told to take down.

I have just moved to the Courtney Ridge apartments and LOVED how fun Jalissa made my moving experience. The process of setting up my utilities, renter's insurance, etc. was made so easy by the Updater App. The apartments are very clean and the community is well cared for. The apartment community is pretty nice. We are in the older side. The room sizes are pretty good and I guess rent is pretty reasonable for a 2 bedroom unit. After seeing new apartment complexes going up so quickly (fast and fragile, slow and steady), I didn't think they were very solid, but I appreciate the time it took to put our new phase units. They are nice. I believe Courtney Ridge is one of the nicer apartment communities in Charlotte.

I relocated to Charlotte from Florida. I’ve lived in my home town all my life. I was so nervous!! I read so many reviews for apartments and thought ok, I’m never going to find anywhere that sounds good to me. Then I found Courtney Ridge. Read reviews on Google, Apartment guide, Apartment finder and acting else I could find cause it was too good to be true! Call the leasing office spoke with JaeMichael I believe is his name and everything was on from there. My apartment was ready on time, I was put in the back, which was perfect for me my cause I like a little isolation. No ridiculously nosy neighbors, neighborhood is maintained, the entry gates aren’t always open….I could go on and on… i literally couldn’t have found a better place to start my life over!!

With every passing year here, there's always one improvement and then all of a sudden two steps back. The building I stay at constantly reeks of marijuana and constantly filled with trash. I feel as though some of the other residents just don't seem to be aware of or are just ignorant to the way trash is taken out or tend to forget that trash isn't picked up on the weekends and it just sits out there, rotting and attracting pests. Wish the other residents at building 1033 were more considerate of their neighbors.

Love the complex and staff. It would be better if we had the option to not have the internet or valley trash. I can take my own trash out and I should be allowed to have cheaper internet service if I want. Trash service should be credited when they don’t pick up. This and the internet services are additional fees and we should be credited for services not being provided.

I like the community. Haven't had many issues. But the only thing I dislike is that the flooring and walls are very thin. So I can hear people walking up the stairs outside of my apartment, or the person who stay above me all the time with their dog. If it wasn't for that I would probably give it a 4 1/2 star rating.

Living at Courtney Ridge has been good. The staff from the office are wonderful and very nice and helpful. They truly care about their tenants. My husband went on a trip to visit out grand children, I did not go with him because at the time i was blind and didn't feel like being a burden to them. While he was gone i had a really bad fall and i tried to get a hold of him to tell him . I managed to get a hold of my daughter to tell her to have him call me, He called the office and had asked them to do a wellness check and to let themselves in. They came and wanted to know if i needed them to get me some help and of course i thought i was fine just a few scratches. But I was completely black and blue from head to toe. I found out that when my husband came home that i was in the bad of condition. I will never be able to express how thankful i am that day. I am looking forward to renewing my lease when it is due. I found a home not an apartment. Thank you staff

Melissa has gone WAY above and beyond for me through my entire move-in experience. She truly does anything to make her residents happy and comfortable. I moved all the way from New York and my moving truck had to be parked in a special place. Melissa was there to support and make sure things went smoothly for anything I've needed. I love the clean atmosphere but there have been issues with plumbing, garbage pick up, the amenities not being open/available. Management is pretty quick to respond. Safety is concerning. There are many cars that come in that do not live in the gated community. I expected it to be harder for strangers to get in.

I must admit things are improving slowly but surely here @ Courtney Ridge apartment community. Although the trash valet/pick up is still a bit on the sub par side for a $40 monthly fee (compactor has broken down 3 times in my one year stay & a few hit/misses on trash pick up), the office management team responded quickly & efficiently to recent gate entry/exit issues (including my vehicle being damaged by the gate). Mike (maintenance manager) responded to my property damage report in a timely manner & has initiated recovery process. Kudos for that Mike!

Love it here. I feel safe, the grounds are kept up, the office staff is professional and always responsive. Maintenance is prompt. Neighbors stay to themselves. Very pleased with my home.

The complex is nice and friendly. Many plus to the community feel with events at least every other month. Food truck appearances. The apartment has been a pleasant experience. The staff is prompt with responding to residence needs.

Slightly better here since the scary men downstairs moved out. I didn't realize how afraid I had been until they were gone. Then suddenly I could go outside without looking out the window to see if it was safe.

I have been living at Courtney Ridge Apartments for a few years now and I am still enjoying living here. Staff and maintenance are always nice and accommodating. There is currently construction at the front gate entrance that blocks off my normal way of going to my apartment, but its only a minor inconvenience. I'm looking forward to when construction is completed. It's exciting to see something new.

My resident experience in the year in a half since my husband and i have been hear have been hear have been nothing but pleasant. We have not have not have not have not problem with tenants . I Love all the office workers and the the other workers as well . They do wonderful work and sometimes people don't seem to see how hard and late they really work.

Nothing has really changed since my last review. Still got noisy neighbors who can't keep quiet during "Quiet Hours." A/C keeps breaking. OH, gotta love whoever dented up my car in the parking lot.

Apartment is nice but there are a lot of ants and we have to pay for pest control monthly but. I one comes and sprays and the people that are responsible for trash pick ups don’t always pick up trash but we still have to pay for service monthly.

Great place just had some troubles with dishwasher. But overall very happy. Very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apt. I would like to see more events or food trucks around!

It’s been pretty good. I’ve had some issues like getting things fixed. Plus I keep getting centipedes in my apartment. Plus it would be nice if someone cleaned the hand rails on the stairs. They keep getting spiders webs all over them. Also the garbage company seems to have a problem with picking up the garbage

The saying you get what you pay for rings true in my living experience(s) here at Courtney Ridge. My 1st/previous unit was overpriced but pretty nice. The unit I currently reside in is practically the opposite. Even though the latter unit is considered conventional vs my former updated one, I still did not expect electrical issues, roaches, filthy hallway, fire alarm issues & so on. My current unit is underwhelming to say less. Definitely not worth it just to save $400-$500 a month. Hard lesson learned (I guess).

I got a bill because my trash bag fell over. However they don’t put up trash on Sunday nights ( for the most part ). But overall the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Maintenance is always on time

Courtney Ridge is a great place to live but definitely has its flaws. The staff is wonderful and will do a lot to make you feel at home but if you are not a naturistic person. The bugs will definitely get to you!!

Really love how peaceful the community is and how friendly the staff are. However, since moving in, I’ve had to put in several service requests because of things that weren’t taken care of before my move-in date. Really disappointed in the shape that my apartment was in upon moving in.

I have been living in this community for a couple years now. It’s quiet, i haven’t seen any police activity at all, so it’s safe. It’s near the airport and very close to the highway. Great place to live. I only wish they would fix the outdoor light situation, because some of the lights outside don’t work and it’s hard to see at night, but other than that, it’s good here.

Have the most inconsiderate and noisy neighbors. No one here seems to understand or realize that this is an apartment and not a private home. Late night noises on a daily basis late into the night. From loud people in the parking lot to noisy pets and loud music. What's more frustrating is the staff and property owners don't seem to ever do anything about it no matter how many times I bring it to their attention. Noise ordinance that doesn't even get enforced. What's the point then? Honestly, living here would be nice if the people who lived here weren't such jackasses.
